2026 netTerrain User Summit: Highlights from Las Vegas
A look back at the 2026 netTerrain User Summit—and the conversations we’re bringing home.
They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Not this time. The feedback, questions and ideas from our 2026 netTerrain User Summit are coming home with us!
From October 12–14, Graphical Networks welcomed customers to the New York-New York Hotel in Las Vegas for three days of customer presentations, panel discussions, hands-on training and conversations about what’s next.
Customer Stories and Candid Conversations
Presentations from Jasvir Masih of the SKA Observatory and Kyle Nelson of Pitkin County brought real-world infrastructure experiences to the stage. Our customer adoption panel explored what helps organizations get the most from netTerrain, from practical challenges to lessons learned along the way.
The audience added plenty to the discussion. Questions and firsthand experiences turned presentations into conversations, with users learning from one another as well as from our team.
Your Feedback Is Coming Home With Us
Some of the most valuable moments happened during panel Q&A, between sessions and in one-on-one conversations. We heard what’s working, what could be easier and what users want to see next. That feedback helps guide the work we do on netTerrain long after everyone has headed home.
Hands-On Learning and a Look Ahead
Attendees also got a preview of netTerrain version 11, with Jan Durnhofer sharing a look at what’s ahead. Technical training and workshops covered practical ways to work with infrastructure information, including outside plant mapping, while giving users time to ask detailed questions and compare approaches.
And of course, the Summit wasn’t just about what happened on stage. It was a chance to reconnect with familiar faces, meet fellow users and continue the conversation between sessions.
See You in March 2028!
A big thank-you to everyone who attended, presented, participated in our panels, asked questions and shared feedback. You made this Summit a valuable experience for the whole netTerrain community.
We’re planning our next netTerrain User Summit for March 2028. The location is still to be announced, and we hope everyone can join us. We’ll share more details as plans take shape!
