Customizable dashboards will further enhance the functionality of netTerrain for its users.
The 6.5 version of netTerrain also gives users the power to create “bundled links”, which will prove useful in scenarios such as: in fiber optic documentation to associate individual strands with a fiber trunk, for data center management to route cables through select trays or outside plant to associate cable traces with ducts and conduits. Additionally, 6.5 includes multi-language support, shows front/back views of devices on a rack and embedded background coordinates.
