General Information
The netTerrain 2024 User Summit is an event for all netTerrain users, regardless of their experience level or permissions. It's an opportunity to learn, share, and connect with other users and the netTerrain team.
The Summit will take place from October 7th to October 10th, 2024, at Maggiano's, 5333 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington D.C.
There's no charge for netTerrain customers. The fee for non-customers is $995.00.
Registration and Attendance
You can register through the form available right on this page.
There are no prerequisites for attending the Summit. However, some courses may require a basic understanding of netTerrain. The basic training class on Day 1 is designed to give attendees a solid background.
Event Schedule and Sessions
The summit spans from October 7th to October 10th and includes a variety of sessions, workshops, and training opportunities, such as basic training, certification courses, and customer success presentations. Please refer to the provided agenda for detailed timing and session descriptions.
All sessions are open to all attendees, except the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meeting on October 7th, which is by invitation only. Concurrently, there is a netTerrain Basics session that all attendees are welcome to join.
You don't have to miss out entirely; if you choose a workshop, you can still enroll in the certification course and you'll only miss about 30 minutes of the course.
Training and Certification
Training sessions cover a wide range of topics, including netTerrain Basic Training and Certification, One-on-One Interactive Workshops, Cloud Monitoring, Fiber and Circuit Management, Catalog Modeling and Administration, and many more. Objectives vary from getting a handle on netTerrain basics to managing your fiber plant, automating integrations, and creating dashboards and reports. Detailed descriptions are available in the attached documents.
You register for certification courses when you register for the Summit. If you need to change a course after registering, simply email sales@graphicalnetworks.com.
Please bring a laptop to participate in the training sessions.
